The process for the application of a Kyrgyzstan visa for Indians is online as well as offline. Online procedure

  • Start by creating an account on the Kyrgyzstan e-visa portal.
  • Confirm your account by following the process.
  • Start with the application process.
  • Select your preferred type of visa.
  • Read the instructions properly and fill out the Kyrgyzstan visa application form.
  • Submit the application form and other documents through an email to e-visa@mfa.gov.kg.
  • Wait for the application to get approved.
  • Pay the fee for the visa online.

Offline Procedure

  • You can start by downloading the application form.
  • Fill out the form thoroughly and sign it.
  • Attach a recent photograph as per the specifications.
  • Collect the required supporting documents.
  • Submit the application form and the copies of the documents.
  • Pay the required visa fee.

 The common types of visa for Kyrgyzstan are given as follows:

Kyrgyzstan Tourist Visa
A tourist visa for Kyrgyzstan is issued to the travellers who are willing to visit the country for the sole purpose of leisure. This is mostly provided to the tourists and foreigners who have plans of sightseeing and other leisure activities in Kyrgyzstan.
Kyrgyzstan Business Visa
A business visa for Kyrgyzstan is provided to the business people who are planning to visit the country to carry out business activities. The process follows to get this permit is generally prior to arrival and the validity can vary as well.
Kyrgyzstan Visit Visa
This permit is issued to the foreign tourists who have travelled to Kyrgyzstan to visit their friends and family living in the country. The validity and other permissions are mostly similar to the tourist type.

 

Checklist Kyrgyzstan Visa

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months ahead of travel.
  • Photo as per the photo specifications.
  • Confirmed flight tickets (to be submitted after verification of the application).
  • Proof of purpose of visit - exhibition pass, invitation letter, etc.
  • Proof of sufficient funds - bank statement for the last three months, etc.

 

Photo Specification

  • One copy must be provided
  • Photo size: 35 mm x 45 mm.
  • Coloured copy must be provided.
  • The face must cover about 70-80% of the frame.
  • Head should well-centred.
  • The picture must not be older than 6 months.
  • The background must be white
  • Neutral expressions.
  • Both the ears must be visible.
  • Teeth should not be visible.
  • Glasses are not permitted.
  • Headgears are not allowed except for religious reasons.
  • Clothing shouldn’t match the background.
